๐Ÿ“Œ at a glance โ€” we believe in transparency. If you're not satisfied or change your mind, here's how we handle refunds and cancellations. No tricky jargon.

๐Ÿ’ธ 1. fees we may collect

  • As a facilitator, we may charge a nominal service fee (if agreed in writing) for application assistance, documentation review, and coordination.
  • Any fees charged by partner institutions (banks, NBFCs, etc.) are governed by their own policies and are not collected by us.
  • We do not collect any hidden or upfront charges without your explicit consent.

โณ 2. cancellation by you

  • You may cancel your application at any time by contacting us via phone or email.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of submitting your details and before we have forwarded your information to any partner institution, any service fee collected (if applicable) will be refunded in full.
  • If your information has already been shared with a partner institution, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as it is then subject to their internal process.

๐Ÿ”„ 3. refund eligibility

  • Full refund โ€” if we are unable to connect you with any suitable partner institution within 15 working days, and you have not withdrawn earlier, the entire service fee (if any) will be refunded.
  • Partial refund โ€” if you voluntarily cancel after the first 24 hours but before any partner institution has started evaluation, 75% of the service fee will be returned.
  • No refund โ€” once a partner institution has confirmed processing or after 30 days from submission, no refund is applicable.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ 4. fees charged by institutions

  • Any application fees, verification charges, or other costs imposed by partner institutions are nonโ€‘refundable as per their respective policies.
  • We have no control over those charges and cannot influence their refund decisions.
  • We recommend you review the institution's terms before proceeding.

๐Ÿ“ž 5. how to request a refund

  • Send an email to kirtifinance09@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request โ€“ [your name]".
  • Include your full name, phone number, and the date you submitted your application.
  • We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 7 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the same method you used for payment (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

โš ๏ธ 6. exceptional circumstances

  • If we find that incorrect or incomplete information was provided by you, any refund may be delayed or denied.
  • In case of duplicate payment by mistake, the extra amount will be refunded in full.
  • For any dispute, we aim to resolve it amicably within 10 working days.
