🤝 1. nature of our role

We act as a facilitator between you and reputable financial institutions / lenders.
We are not a lender or credit provider. All final decisions, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the respective institution.
Our service is limited to application assistance, documentation guidance, and connecting you with potential partners.

Any application may be accepted or rejected by the partner institution based on their internal policies, eligibility criteria, and verification.
We do not promise or guarantee that any application will be approved or processed within a specific timeframe.
Approval, amount, tenure, and any applicable charges are at the sole discretion of the institution.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection or cancellation of the application.
You are responsible for updating us in case of any change in your contact details.

Any processing fees, verification charges, or other costs, if applicable, are levied by the partner institution and will be communicated upfront.
We do not charge any hidden fees for our facilitation service. Any service fee, if agreed, will be clearly disclosed before submission.
Third-party charges (e.g., government fees, legal costs) are separate and not collected by us.

By submitting your details, you consent to being contacted by us and our partner institutions via call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other electronic means.
You agree to receive service‑related updates and offers relevant to your inquiry.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, though it may affect the processing of your application.

We are an independent facilitator and not a branch or representative of any bank / NBFC.
All agreements, contracts, or terms are directly between you and the institution you choose.
We are not liable for any actions, omissions, or policies of the partner institution.

If you wish to cancel your application, please inform us within 24 hours of submission. We will request the partner institution to cancel, but we cannot guarantee their consent.
Any fees already charged by the institution are subject to their own refund policy. We are not responsible for those charges.
In the rare case that we have collected a facilitation fee (with prior written agreement), it will be refunded fully if the application is not forwarded to any institution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or from any rejection, delay, or change in institution policies.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of facilitation fee paid by you (if any).

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
